Gunnar Killer - KFX450

I have installed a Gunnar Killer on my KFX450R. After installing I rode it for about a day in the woods without issue. The next day I was scheduled to race a hare scramble event. When I went to pull the bike off the trailer it took forever to get it started. Kept quitting... About half way through practice it died completely and would not re-fire.

Took to Kawasaki and they said the kill switch fried the fuel pump relay. They are bypassing the kill switch and installing a new relay.

I have re-traced my steps and canot figure out what I may have connected wrong. I spliced the Gunnar (NC) into the yellow wire with red stripe that is coming down form the OEM kill switch and connected the ground to that steering stem mounting bracket.
