hey guys obviously im new to this site. this guy wants to trade my ltz400 for his 2008 kfx450r im not sure if this is a scam or not.....i have good vibes that i should though. any idea on how the kfx450r runs? power wise, suspension, and what would be the best exaust, if i get it im thinking on a yoshimura exaust. also any problems with the kfx450 that i should be worried about. thanks for reading!

There can be lots of gremlins in a first year quad and this quad has its share , nothing that can't be fixed tho,(roll over switch, relays, ect.) other than that a great quad. most guys will tell you to get a dasa exhaust best power gain i believe for this quad, plenty to choose from tho. the main three mods you will want are power commander III, a new intake FCI has the best IMO , and a pipe. My KFX runs great sick power with the mods i have, you will definitely want to have it checked out before comitting to a trade i don't know the year of your quad or the mods you have but IMO if it sounds to good to be true it usually is . welcome to the site everything and anything you want to know about this quad is here and on KFXHQ.com another site dedicated to this quad.

would be a great trade as long as his quad is okay!you would make out pretty well if it is!i just picked up a 2009 kawi 450r monster energy edition and i love it no major issues so far a couple of minor ones i had a bad brake switch,a broken reverse cable and my main fuse plug was badly coroded but all has been fixed now and bike is running perfect hopen to get the suspansion done soon followed by exhaust/intake!welcome to the site definantly plenty of info on here!
