I have heard of people talking about fliping tires. I was wondering what does that really mean?

turning the rim around backwards . useally have to swap sides from left to right side and remove ur stem and drill another one in the other side of the rim then plug_ weld up the stock hole in the rim . widens ur quad at the cost of handleing and alot more stress on ur spindles .
