just got a kfx, first quad

hey new to the game, got an 08 kfx stock with nerf bars and gunnar killer teather, and decal kit from the dealership its from, all i have done is remove spark arrester and removed the airbox lid, would those be considered a good poor man mod? let me know, also are there many big issues with the machine how do i post pics?
