Default Need Exhaust Help!!!

Hey guys! I'm new to quads and this forum. Let me start by saying Thanks for all you guys' help, this is a great site! I took alot of you guy's advise and i installed a dasa exhaust, FCI, and PC3 (by the way ~ great improvement). My problem is, i noticed that my new head pipe right out of the engine is glowing bright red cause it's getting really hot. I live in NY so it's like 30 degrees out right now. I talked to Dasa and they said it really shouldnt be an issue but i dont want my quad to explode while im riding it. Is this something i should be worried about? if so does anyone know what i should do to fix this problem. Thanks again for your help!

if you have the right map in your pc3 for your mods, i would say not to worry too much..at night especially most headers will glow bright red while idling or moving very slowly. i think its just because they are made of thin material and they heat up quickly. my wifes 04 trx450r has a full dasa and is jetted great, and hers still does it when it just sits..
