Ok I have only had yfz's in the past and currently have a 2010 yfz X, but I found an 08 KFX 450 with under 5 hours for $2900(seems like a deal right??) so thinking of picking it up. It has two brothers slip on , but nothing else(is that fine without PC on these?). So is there anything to watch out for with these?? Like I said the Kfx's are new to me so any help is appreciated.

thats friggin cheap. With only 5 hrs on it I would expect it to look brand new. If it doesnt look new then their bs'n and there could be a hidden issue. test ride it and check for leaks and weird noises and make sure it shifts through all gears well. I dont see why anything would be wrong with it. With a slip or fs you dont need a programmer but an intake requires a programmer. I had a full system on mine but got a programmer just because but its been found that the intake is so restrictive that you dont need to worry too much about going lean.
