Default Cam from a kx450F to a KFX 450

So I have herd you can take the cams from a KX450F dirt bike and put them in a KFX450 ATV and it will really help the top to mid range I was going to buy stage 2 hot cams but then I herd you could just do this? Has anyone done this if so does it matter on the year anything special you have to do when you go to time it let me know thanks.

stock bike cams=stage 1 quad cams
stage 1 bike cams=stage 2 quad cams
stage 2 bike cams=stage 3 quad cams

I dont have cams in mine but have heard alot of positive things about the stage 2 quad cams.

Its a cheaper upgrade for the atv motor rather than buying them from Hotcams. They are a must have if you want more power if you have a full pipe, FCI, and PCIII or PCV.
