i have a 2008 kfx 450r with a uni air filter and soon to have a hmf performance pipe and i want to for cheep make it run stronger and faster what are some tips like what do each of the cams do and other things like that

hey i have a 2009 kawasaki kfx 450r and it runs great ionly have on a two brother slip on exhaust and a k&n air filter but the onlyproblem is the gearing it is maxing out to fast i have a 13 tooth sprocket in front and a 38 rear sprocket, i am going to install a 14 tooth spocket to see if it will help me with my gearing.

Stock is 14/38!if your looking fir a little more top end do a 15 f/s!

15T Front sprocket for sure. Add a FCI Intake (Fuel Customs) which is a must before cams or else you will see no gains from just cams. Intake wakes the kawi up bigtime. And of course if you do the intake you will need a fuel controller. PC3, PC5 or Yoshimura Pim 2 is what i reccommend.
