Need help... Only started for few seconds! - Kawasaki KFX450 Forum

Just bought used 08 a few weeks ago and has been running fine until yesterday. At first it was blowing the 30a fuse and we searched all the wiring and found one bad spot. Fixed it and fuse is good. Now it will only start for a few seconds. Bought new relay and still doesn't work. Any ideas?!?!

It could be a fuel pump relay, your rectifier, your starter coil, bad ground.theres a wire under the hood that you can ground out and the FI light will a certain number of times and that will tell you whats wrong with it

im having the exact same problem with my kfx its been going on for abfout half a year now and i still havent completely fixed it i stretched out the wires on it and it was good for about a month give it a try on yours

Maybe another knicked wire
Corrosion on harness connections
Faulty tip sensor
Faulty tps or wrong tps voltage
Is your fuel pump priming?
