Title?
I'm new here and just bought a kfx450 today which the guy told me he had a title for. When I went to pick it up he gave me an envelope which i thought had the title in it, but when I got home it was only a warranty certificate that the original owner got from the dealership. The certificate says the quad was bought in Wisconsin, and I'm pretty sure Wisconsin doesn't issue titles for atvs. I'm wondering if and how I could apply for a title here in Illinois or if I even need one. Any infos appreciated, Thanks.
