Just wondering how comfy the seat is on a KFX450? I used to a Z400, so be honest people!
Thanks!

Its hard. harder than my 04yfz450. If you go froma z400 to this you will be disapointed but I guess you can get more foam.

Its pretty hard but also has really good grip. A few of my friends have z400's and they said they would give up the cush for the grip.

I agree on it being hard, but it is not tooo bad. As for the grip ....... not the greatest IMO ...... it looks like a gripper, but it is not a REAL gripper seat cover.

I like the seat on it. Even though it's a little harder than what I'm used to, it feels comfortable. I love the grip of it too.

The seat is hard. I think I read somewhere somebody claimed " The KFX seat makes a YFZ's seat feel like a pillow!" Very funny, but fairly true.

As soon as a new foam is available, my friends Tammy & Rob over at Cosmic Quads will be makin me a new seat complete with custom cover.

Lol, that comment on the pillow was from me. It's pretty hard. Doesn't affect anything when riding MX but when I tested the machine in some agressive trails it became a pain real fast. The seat does have fair grip but is obviously not aftermarket.
