I'm a DRT guy. I brought my shocks to bcs to get rebuilt and revalved, they took 2 months to do them and the fronts leaked after 3 races. <_< Dave rebuilt my entire motor with new cases, piston, and a crank in the 5 week days between races. That was enough to win my support. I'm hopefully going to pick him as a sponsor this year.
that is the same things i am used to hearing, alger388 your like the first person ive ever heard of thats not a fan of Dave, hes like the quad guru, and his work quality is outstanding and customer service is great. Idk what there is not to like.

Walshyfz86 what do you mean by your last post, youve never delt with DRT before? are you ever planning on giving him a try? its well worth it.

After this post I am a little disappointed. Bashing people on the internet is something that should not be done, No matter what the problem is it should be addressed to the company that you had problems with, Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but what needs to be understood is that you can have 1000 happy customers and if 1 person has a problem it can ruin a company, It only takes 1 person to ruin a reputation, And we do everything in our power to not let that happen.

If anyone has had an issue with us or anyone that works here than I am terribly sorry and I wish there was a way to make it up to you. I try my best to keep everyone happy and lets face it that is a close to impossible task.

We put countless hours in at the shop to make racing a better community, We are the main sponsor for one of the biggest racing clubs in the country (NEATV-MX) and reading post like this is making us not want to support the sport anymore. Don't get me wrong we will continue toi help out as much as possible, But its always running through our minds when we read stuff like this.

I appreciate everyones business , And we thank everyone for helping us become what we are. And if anyone has had a problem or has a concern with us, I encourage you to call and ask for Jay. I would love to re-establish a relationship with anyone who feels they were not happy with us.

I did'nt mean to bash you and I'm sorry if I did. I'm sure you build excellent bikes and have seen them win races. I just described my expirences with both BCS and DRT, and Dave happened to treat me better. I encourage everyone to try out both companies and pick the one that you felt better dealing with and being at. With Dave I feel like part of his racing efforts and that he will do his best to help me win. At BCS I felt like a customer. Someone else could, and some do, feel very differently. Different strokes for different folks.

i also appologize if i offended, i didnt intend to get a big bash war started, i was also just voicing my opinion. I probably shouldnt have, i just personally havent had very good experiences with BCS, but that doesnt mean someone else would have a bad experience too. Ill just leave it at that.

For one thing this thread wasnt about who does the best work. Both BCS and DRT do very good work. i have worked with both. many of you do not know the stresses of starting a large buisness and trying to run a race program with it. i give jay, and all at bcs, for being able to support all of us as best he could. dave is good too. he is there when you need factory backed help with your bike. he does great work like jay. we should defninatley not bash on anyone. i am happy with doing business with both. every company has their flaws, and it takes times to get into the rythum of running that sort of thing. especialy since dave may not be around at all the races, because of his work he has to do, you need to remember bcs is the only other one there, and if u make him not want to help he wont.
i am on both sides here.
but anyway. BCS built a very powerfull race motor for me. it lasted wat longer than expected and we were happy the out come of the motor. i thank both dave and jay for helping me when i didnt have a clue to what i was doing.

and to answere that kids question about the kawi pistons. 13.5.1 was what i had in her. if it has a rae motor its gonna need a crank and a set of bearins every ten hours. twelve is pushing it.
