Hi everyone, I know its almost impossible to tell the exact horsepower of a kfx or any quad without properly dyno running it or anything but i've just bought a KFX450R and was wondering if any of you could give me a rough estimate at what horsepower it would be running at..
So far its got: KnN airtake Dyno Jet power commander Full FMF T4 exhaust system Its been dyno'd (by the previous owner but his son who sold it to me had no idea) Its also got a front and back sprocket with other mods including fox shocks front and rear with aftermarket a arms and others.. If anyone could help would be much appreciated, thanks |

Well walsh racecraft claims there fully built kfx pulls 51hp on there dyno so ya in the 40's for sure.
The big 3 with fci intake is in the mid 40's and you have a k and n which doesnt flow as well as the fci intake. And all dynos are different you cant really trust the numbers its more for making it run perfect. I have raced carbed yfz's with exhaust and filter and walked all over them and all i have is intake, exhaust and programmer.
