THe standard dirtbike cams work in the KFX right?
Hotcams makes a set of stage 1 and 2 cams for it. That means it will work for us?

One thing to remember is the dirt bike cams were designed for a 2 wheeled dirtbike with 1/2 the wieght. Not sure if i would just go out and buy the hot cams for the dirt bike until someone tests them unless you got money to burn.

Well looks like Hot cams will be selling the dirt bike cams as the quad cams too. Here is the scoop as told to me right from hot cams.

The stage one dirt bike cam will be the STAGE TWO quad cam and the stage two dirt bike cam will be the STAGE THREE quad cam. Hot cams is in the process of changing the part numbers, BUT THE CAMS WILL BE THE SAME AS THE DIRT BIKE CAMS.

Per HOTCAMS

The NOW stage one dirt bike cams
WILL also be the
stage TWO quad cams

The NOW stage two dirt bike cams
WILL also be the
stage THREE quad cams

They will not have a stage one quad cam. They also said tht dirt bike and quad cams will have different part numbers even though they are the same cams.

Nope, Hotcams said that the stock springs were good.

Well I was told that the dirtbike intake will give you more in the low/mid rmps while the higher rpms it was about the same.
