so today i let my quad warm up like normal and then i decided too take it own the road for a second while my friend got geared up and i got about... 150yrds then my piston started slapping and snap!!! popped a hole right thrue the front of my caseing.. im pissed!!! local dealer said atleast $2000 to redo the motor. im thinking about goin with a 507 kit??? what do u guys think???

Oh boy that's brutal...I'm assuming you're no longer under warranty? Was your engine stock? Id probably also consider the 507 if I had to redo the engine. Hope it works out for you and let us know what you decide..

yah it was totally stock internally... and the warranty ended of all days on 4/20! oh yah ill keep u posted on what i do.
