When I would have my local mechanic dyno my kfx, the dyno runs were inconsistant. For instance, one run it would maybe pull 44, 46, and then it would finally pull a 48, after a few tries. So I was looking one day and came across a procom magic box. It said when an engine is running and you throttle up, the voltage is not stable, and the engine is not getting peak performance. Procom claims if you connect this box to the positive and negative on your battery it will stabilize the voltage. My local mechanic told me, that the tps sensor on the bike runs off voltage and maybe thats why the dyno numbers were inconsistant. I ended up buying the magic box along with a dynatek coil, and my kfx pulled a 48 on the dyno every time. When I got to the dunes It would hit the rev limiter a lot quicker, and felt like it had more power all around. So have any of you guys noticed any inconsistency on your dyno runs, if so maybe this will help
