engine catastrophic failure..

hey guys. recently a friend purchased a 08 factory monster race kfx and come to find out they took the race engine out threw a engine together with spare parts and sold to the public. well, it lasted about 4 hours and the rod exited the rear of the cylinder. he needs a cylinder, piston rod/crank.. etc.. anyone have any good input about big bore strokers or just big bore's i doubt he's going to look after it after i build him a motor, but if he has to buy a cylinder piston and crank why not have some fun with it.
