I just bought a no toil airfilter and there are a bunch of notices saying not to use gas or solvent on the filter. I use PJ1 spray and dish soap, would the PJ1 spray be harmful for the no toil filter? I have heard that oxyclean works just as well as the no toil cleaner. Has anyone used oxyclean and will it work on any airfilter oil? I use bel-ray foam filter oil.
Thanks |

The no toil filters seem pretty tough. Alot tougher than the stock one, I tried the oxy clean on my old filter and it worked great. All the oil came off and the dirt fell off as well. I would recommend trying it because it worked great for me. But is it harmful to use a spray like PJ1 on a no toil filter?

i run UNI filters on my kfx and my wifes trx.. i would recommend using the No-Toil cleaner and filter oil...it works great, and cleaning the air filters literally takes me less than 5 minutes. just mix the cleaner with warm water and put the filters in and swish them around and they come clean in seconds..works awesome in my opinion...
