where in the box did u drill them, and if its safe then i really wanna get one because everyone says they are amazing

Right below the filter. About 2 inches apart. Only big enough to let water out. Nothing can get in the holes unless the box was fully submerged in water and i would never ride in water that deep with my kfx.
Trust me you will absolutley love the FCI. Hands down best mod i have done.

where abouts in the box did u drill holes, and if it protects against mud then im gonna get one because everyone suggests them

yep FCI with the box is the only way to go. Huge power gains over stock.
