Default How often should ajust the vavles?

Idk if this has been already asked in the forum, but i have a 2008 kfx450r and had the valves ajusted after the first 20 hrs last june. I just got back from dropping it off for another valve ajustment for this season and plan on doing this every year. My question is, how often do i need to ajust them? Every year before riding season?

I have never ajusted mine. When I broke my cases, my mechanic said the valves were till in spec after 2 years.

I check mine twice a year just to make sure they stay in spec.
