Alright, so i've decided i need to soften the front compression a bit and slow the rebound a tad, but could someone please explain in simple terms how to do this. I turned the little brass screw (Compression?) counter clockwise the deseired amount of clicks to soften, but now i need to adjust the rebound. What do i turn to do that? Thanks for the help.

I have read that, and it's an awsome write-up. Appreciate you putting that together for everyone. But the actual adjustments is what i'm looking for. Like what screws to turn, and to turn them in what way to soften or harden the ride.

well, the brass looking flathead screw at the top resvoir adjusts the compression. There should be a smaller similar flat head screw at the base of the shock mount, this adjusts the rebound.
There should be little arrows on the shock at the screw location that has 'H' and 'S' on it. Harder and softer. Hope that helps. Feel free to call us up for help if you need it. PDR

I noticed that when jumping a large step up i would bottom out on the front of the skid plate/ a-arm area. So i tightened up the front springs a little, and i read an article in i believe it was Quad magazine. It showed how to adjust your shocks, and gave compression and rebound adjustments.
