decided to adjust the front shock preload and was unable to adjuse the right shock collar, the threads were crossed or domaged on the top locking ring.
 Took a lot of persuasion with a hammer and punch to get things moving W>T>F>... got it adjusted to where i wanted it but if it ever needs to be adjusted again im screwed....

That sucks ...... maybe see if your dealer can warrenty it? Well it may give you a good excuse to get some new shocks.
