Shock Settings - Kawasaki KFX450 Forum

I have stock Shocks and mostly ride sand dunes with some XC any tips on settings for me? i weigh 170

Been tinkering with mine a bit..i'll be at the dunes in three weeks and try out a few changes...It's been too hot here to get out and ride and test it out so i have to wait it out

When the high speed is turned the low speed turns with it...question is if the high speed is adjusted does the low speed adjust by default? I'm assuming i need to adjust the low back to the original setting afterwards.
