OK fellas... I went to check my throttle position sensor today because I have been having problems with starting, and very easy stalling... and I checked the battery first as I read to do.
The voltage was low, so I went to crank it and check it running.... Well, it wouldn't start... battery dead! That is just my luck! But at least it didn't happen after a stall out in the woods I guess. Reads 11.0 Volts So what is the deal? Never properly charged? Just needs charged already? Needs replacing? Also, could this thing with the battery be my whole problem? (Poor starting & easy stalling) If not, "where" do you guys access the wiring "at" to check things. The TPS for one, is not in an easy spot to get to.

You should keep you quad in neutral while stored...ive had mine tested and there is a draw when its in gear, that caused my battery to drain.. as for the tps.. you'd notice that much more so during a hot start.. after riding for a while it will take forever to start up..

Well, I got the battery charged up, and it seemed to hold it, so I put it back in to see how it went.
It's about the same as it was the time BEFORE I found the battery to be dead. Cranks the same and stalls the same, so I am going to have to look deeper.... For now, I killed it with the kill button while in neutral and set the parking brake. I'll check it Sunday or Monday to see if it's draining. If not, I'll assume killing in-gear did the deed to the battery. For the cranking and stalling, the next step will be checking the EFI... starting with the TPS. But I have to figure out how to get to the dang thing! Any tips?

For future searchers... the best way to get to the TPS to check it is with the factory test lead.
Throttle Sensor Setting Adaptor.... part# 57001-1538 You unplug the TPS wire, plug the adapter into the TPS, then plug the wire into the other end. It's and "in-line" plug, and provides you 3 test leads off of the wiring... These 3 leads (W/R/ allow you to do both tests with your meter.
