my cousin got an 08 kfx450 and if his quad is off balance it won't start and its not 1 of the recalled ones does ne have any idea whats wrong

tip over sensor... (roll over sensor)

Most likely the roll over sensor. It is located under the hood. It's the black box with the arrows on it. make sure its secured in its mount with the arrows up and pointing to the handle bars, then zip tie it in place.
