Default pcv and procom cdi help..

this is my first fuel injected bike and i was wondering if i could install a pcv witch i already have, and install the procom cdi box? does it even make sense to do? i know the cdi will let me rev the quad higher. like i said im new to this so any help would be appreiated.. also if i should go with the kx 450 cams or get the stage 2 or 3 hotcams.. just installed a full fmf exhaust with power bomb header, fci intake with airbox and the power commander 5.

Well... KX cams if you ask me...

And on the Procom... it is worth every red cent... and in my opinion you should have just bought that (the version I have) instead of the PC5.

But the PC5 is the only way to go if you want to add the "autotune" feature.
So I would suggest doing both if you want to do that.

What we have figured out over time is that the power commander, and also even the Dynatek ignitions leave a LOT on the table in the form of "untapped" power gains.

This is because the Procom unit like I have also gives you full control over your ignition timing. You can really alter your power delivery and throttle response by changing the curves... and there are some extra ponies to be had there to.

Not to mention this is just a better ECU than the stocker, improves starting, improves spark, and deletes some of the stock BS... like not being able to start with throttle applied, and the roll sensor junk.
