Well I got the kfx 450 a few weeks ago and its now down to the frame! I do powder coating and have decided to do most of the quad in candy blue. Upon taking it apart I noticed a few bolt rattled off. I suggest locktite on everything. Also there is nowhere near enough grease in the swingarm, linkage, and a-arm bearings. Use a good waterproof marine grease and reallypack it in there. When I took the axle carrier off of the swing arm a quart of water came rushing out! There is NO drain hole at the bottom and it will hold water after a washing! Drill a very tiny hole at the lowest point of the swingarm to cure this. Well thats it for now. Good luck with your new quads and have fun.

Good tips. However, since you're not a site sponsor, I removed the comment you made about selling things...

Post a pic of this hole you drilled in the swing arm too... I'd like to see exactly what you are talking about.
