I have problem bolwing the 30 amp fuse under the frount cover. I
in stall a new fuse when i plug the wires in it blows. I thought
i seen a flash were the finders mount to the frame. I installed 4
fuse but no more flash and blowed all of them.

I had tons of fuse problems for about a month or so. All my problems were related to wires that had rubbed on the frame and lost their protective coating. Most of mine were around the radiator area and under the front hood

^^+1 on that. Check the taillight wires that run up along the subframe. Common issue on the kfx.

Unplug your front brake switch and put a new fuse in. See if that solves your problems
