i have an 08 that keeps blowing the fuse. is there a solution to fix this or is there a short somewhere in my system? my friend has the same quad and has had the same problem.....what could be causing the fuse to blow? only the main 30 amp fuse blows out.

Short... bad ground... and then a whole host of things past that as well.

Best thing to do is take off the plastics, and work on checking every connection, cleaning it and filling it with die-electric grease. If it is a connector problem you will find and fix... or if it is an obvious bad wire you'll see it in the process.

One KEY place to look is the wiring that runs over top of the intake tube (short rubber part). I found my wires there to be pinched between the tube and frame when I went over mine just to do the grease. Glad I found it because that would have spelled trouble in the future.
