Default 30 amp fuse HELP!!!

my kfx has constantly been blowing 30 amp fuses ever sinch i put on my dyno jet pc3 we think the fuel pump is overloading the fuse to make it blow im just not sure what to do to stop this problem from happening.

Fuel pump has its own 10amp fuse so if it was that the 10amp fuse would blow!!!did you ground the pc3 good??and hows the tps connection did u crimp it or solder it????and is it on the correct wire???that connection needs to be soldered!!!!if all this is correct completely disconnect the pc3 to c if problem goes away look three entire pc3 harness as well for any damage or knikd wires!!

ill give it a try i hooked the pc 3 up the way it said in the instructions and im not really sure how i did the tps connection ill giver a try and see what happens

Check the wire coming off of your front brake lever and also check the wiring that runs to the taillight. Notorius for wires rubbing on frame causing bare spots and then pop there goes the fuse.

i just noticed it only blowes the fuses when i hit the brakes so im stilll not quite sure what is wrong with it

Then that means it is either the wire coming of the front brake lever or your taillight wiring. There is a bare spot in the wires somewhere.

Check taillight harness/front brake as well check the two wires that connect to the master cylinder switch!
