would like to hear from anyone else, doing similar type racing,
about your choice of KFX450 mods.

what yfz's on the top of mx no way suzuki and honda are dominating the mx tracks i have yet to see a yfz win a mx race

who ever posted that never herd of pat brown number 199...
im gonna state this now im not a yamaha guy but i have give credit where credit is due pat brown is a good guy ive talked to him a few times and he is a fast guy but weinnen natalie and byrd are just faster alot smoother

but i have lost all respect for joe byrd his mechanic got caught using screws in the bottom of his shoes so byrd got a better start and more traction that is just wooterty in my point of view so i lost respect for him

but one of the kawi riders is also an ******* so i cant say to much about that

but anyways im plannin on gettin a 08 kfx and start racing mx fully blown then after college start following the wpsa series

I"ll be XC'n it, but with the power they are capable of and ofcourse handling will be on par once the aftermarket catches up I think it will be a very competitive MX'r. The EFI and starting has some hiccups to overcome before it dominates the GNCC's

What are the specific EFI & starting issues you know of? I had starting issues for about the first 10 hours and that was it..

All my issues have seemed to be battery related. We've had all the fixes, but the battery still dies. Just recently heard that you need to kill it before you turn off the key. So I'm gonna start trying that. If we keep it on a charger the night before, we usually have no problems. But thats not garunteed
