Here is my old frame that bent in the 2nd gear roll and damaged the entire front end. Flat ground, hit nothing, just a fualty weld. You still can't see the crack and the photos I tried to take were worthless and not worth posting. You can feel it and get a glimpse when you lean around though. Kawi will be using it for R&D. New frame is completely assembled and quad is ready to go minus the gas tank update which will be like another weak.


If photos don't work then say so. They're uploaded on Photobucket. And the photos that look sideways are straight on. They show how bent the frame is but they are straight on shots. the last two are just shots of the entire frame for reference. The front rails, steering stem mount, and the lower frame rail are all bent to the right when standing in front of it. The entire huge frame rails on the bottom even bent somehow and you'll see what I mean.

ouch that sucks so the frames arnt holding up
