Turn the idle adjustment 2 clicks faster. I started starting the bike in nuetral & it that worked. I just put a new clutch in now it starts in gear with no problem. I soaked the plates for a day. I have a yosh pipe & a PCIII. Good luck.

Mine is completely stock...Rode it for a bout 20 hours wtih no problems and then my first race it gave me crap. Had to have some friends push start me and started about 2 minutes after my class left. Adjusted the idle knob alittle bit. I think my problem was a low battery, I have a bad habit of leaving the key on when its just sitting resting.

Went home and charged the battery and it seemed to work for me pretty good. The next race I got 4th on the holeshot.

Remember on idle speed, the higher the Idle, the harder it will be to start! and don`t touch the throttle, or give it more gas!
If any one needs info on TPS ajustment, you can pm me, I can email you the info you will need, I will need your email address.
