They are a tad stiff, but they will loosen up some after a few hours ride time. I compared it to my stock front end on my 400 and even though they feel stiff, it is way better than the 400.
Give it some ride time. I couldn't hardly ride mine but all I do is track riding. After about 20mins of HARD riding they started working better and better. They even perform well when dialed in for the whoops. Take the time dialing them in. Especially the rear shock.
