i need a map for stock exhaust and an ltr intake tube put on.

Assuming you have a pciii at this point.......go for a full exhaust and you'll be in great shape, plus there are plenty of maps for a big 3 set up.

I assume you have a PCIII on the bike? If so, go to the Dynojet website and download one of the maps for a slip-on with intake. It should be very close and tons better than the ridiculously-lean "stock" map.

I agree with Rhino1 the maps on the Dynojet website are a good starting point. You can start with one of those and do some tweaking if you need to. It will surely be better then the settings it has now.

First off, a borrowed map is not going to match your quads requirements 100%...you will need a custom dyno to have it done properly..With that, you can use a borrowed map that closely resembles your set up, if you are comfortable making changes to the pciii based on your knowledge (the map youve borrowed is too rich or lean) than go ahead, if not just use it as a temporary map until you have it done properly.

ya once i get exhaust and cams i will get a custom tune but i dont want to now because that would be a waste of money to get one now then after exhaust then after cams right?

well i just got a used esr exhaust system for $245 so i guess i will try fuels map and do a little tweaking if i need to.

That should work, it'll probably be a little on the rich side but should hold you over.
