I want to keep the stock box with a Pro Tec box top, My question is will a LTR Velocity stack with a LTR boot work hooked to the stock air box, that would give me better flow with the LTR boot and I can put a K&n filter and it would cost about $135 . Would this work

you need to check this out and you will lose the abilty to use the pro tec lid
