I did a lot of research on these things before I bought mine and found out that it's true that they do save the best for last. Kawasaki was last to the market with their 450, and I think the extra effort and later release really shows in the end product. I can find no real known issues that are anything to worry about.
It's not the fastest at top speed, but I think it is the best.
If you want it to be the fastest, you have to mod it to the same degree you would anything else.
Needs a computer, intake, exhaust and gearing.
I don't have the terrain or the desire to go 80mph, and my ride is not an extension for my manhood, so I don't have to win drag races to feel better about myself. So I am pretty happy with mine as-is.... and if I need to shut someone's trap I can get out my 400cc 2 stroke. So I am going to focus on doing things to make it a better cross country trail machine.
