I ordered a new 15 tooth sprocket from Renthal for the KFX450r part no' 302-520-15GP and its to thick, it will fit on the spline fine but you can't put the locking spline washer on, there is no spline showing. Will it work with out it and just put some red lock tite on, or have it milled down

Ive found the same...the 15 is wider and locking washer does not have much spline to lock onto. I've torqued mine properly with lock tite and every so often check it and so far ive had no issues with it coming loose.
