Just ordered some rath nerf bars for my kfx. any one had any problems with the install of these or are they pretty trouble free?

When I put mine on last year they were trouble free and they still look great.

Did you get them on yet? Mine were relatively trouble-free, but did require a bit of "coaxing" to line up just right. They are rock-solid, though, and look great....
