I recently purchased a 15T front sprocket, tried to install it today but couldn't get the nut off. I flattened the washer that was bent around the nut but still no go. I am afraid I am going to round off the nut. Any tips on getting this thing loose?

two guys??? the torque is only ~60 to 80lbs on that nut?? about the same force as a lug nut on a truck
Havent taken yours off yet!?

Put it in neutral with the rear brake applied and use an impact...no loctite on mine, and their shouldnt be...

my YFZ is 54 lbs.. your sure about that torque?

My truck lug nuts are 85 lb... still childs play!

My steering stem nut in my YFZ was 125 lbs and that still wasn't much..

Wondering how you torqued it to 94lbs? Do you own a torque wrench?

I would swap mine twice a day in GLamis depending on where I was spending my time riding.. flat drags, hills or duning...

regular breaker bar with foot on the brake.,, nothing too strenous to even be worth talking about

I just installed a renthal 15 front sprocket. It cleared fine, but i do have a Pro-Design case saver installed. I used an impact to get it off to. I cant wait to try it out this weekend.
