Don't know if anyone is working on steering radius problem, but here is a quick fix. Take the stem off the bike ,disconnect the stop from the stem. Grind about an 1/8 of inch on both sides. Put back together.The front plastic must be removed& head light. Unbolt front mounting bracket & slide the electronics out of the way to pull the stem out. Should only take about an 1 hour w/ the right tools. Makes the bike much easier to steer.

I did this to my YFZ450 also and it makes it steer alot tighter for X/C racing. I will be doing it to my KFX450 as soon as I get it back. Just dont grind off too much or you will have over center problems.

Has no turnining radius for tight woods.

thats a great idea. yes i have noticed that the turning is difficult in really tight areas. It would be even worse if someone were to widen the front end.
